How to use Trimetal Magnacryl Plafond?

Painting a ceiling is best done with an extension handle and roller.
Have you got everything you need? Ready to start!

Preparation: Cover all furniture, lay a tarp over your floor. Then tape the surrounding walls with masking tape. Degreasing and cleaning your ceiling before you start is also very important. For this, you can use Beardy Clearline.

First coat: Divide your ceiling into imaginary squares of about 1 m². Start in a corner close to the largest window and work away from there. Paint the corners and edges first, then roll out the primer in the "square". Continue in this way until you have primed the entire ceiling. Tip: Let adjacent squares overlap. With just-on-wet, you won't see any transitions.

Painting with Magnacryl Plafond: Time for a final coat. You apply this the same as the primer, but divide your ceiling into slightly larger areas.

Additional tips can be found in our handy guide: painting the ceiling.
